Experiential Training
An experiential training program falls (with appropriate balance) on the two extremes of the Facilitator- and Participant-led continuum. Most of our lectures, game briefing and debriefing sessions are facilitator-led, prompt and precise to the dot. The participants have 100% say in the experiential exercises plus equal chances in sharing their ideas and experiences during the debriefing sessions.
Instruction Design
Using mainly the experiential strategy (participants discover learning in their own way plus learning from others in the sharing sessions) complemented with the expositive strategy (facilitator guides the participants in the subsequent debriefing sessions plus lectures).
Learning Environment
To tap into the diverse backgrounds and rich resources of the participants, all programs are designed to provide a safe and positive 6"R's" environment.

Relevance
Respect Responsibility Relationship Room Layout Reinforcement |
~ The program themes/objectives are related directly to the participants' needs
~ The program activities, including all linking ones, are designed to provide a mutually positive and supportive learning environment for the participants to open up and learn ~ A working agreement will unanimously be agreed upon at the beginning of the training program. All participants are "response-able" for their own learning ~ Program is well structured to ensure smooth linkages while establishing an invisible bond among the participants ~ Room will be specially set up to loosen up the participants and liven up the learning environment ~ To realize certain degrees of learning, participants are provided with timely feedback and ample opportunities to reflect their learning experiences |
Effective Presentation
Every program is designed to accomplish the following aspects:
- to inform (facilitator's willingness to share information and provide prompt response to any raised issues)
- to persuade (participants are encouraged to share their reflection and ideas)
- to get results (participants are prompted to commit to a course of action)
- to inspire (participants are motivated to develop and/or enhance their talents)
